Google user data
Our internal automation tools (the "EvolveEarth" Google app) can connect to Google services such as Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, YouTube and Search Console, only after the account owner signs in and approves the requested access. This data is used solely to run the automations the account owner sets up, such as organizing email, scheduling, creating documents and posting content.
Evolve Earth's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train generalized AI models. People do not read it unless the account owner asks us to, it is needed for security, or the law requires it.
You can remove our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our sites and tools (for example web hosting, email delivery, analytics and security), and only as needed for them to provide that service, or when the law requires it.

Keeping and protecting data
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, and use reasonable safeguards to protect it. No system is perfectly secure.
